We will require a 10% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining 90% to be paid within 60 days of your reserved check-in date. If your booking is less than 60 days in advance 100% payment will be required.

The renter is responsible for any damage to the property over and above normal wear and tear. While we can accept payment by wire transfer, check or credit card we will require a credit card as a security for any damage caused by the renter.
